Project: Dubai Refreshment Company, Pepsi
Dubai Refreshment Company has moved from its historic location on Sheikh Zayed road, which had been a landmark for 45+ years, to its state of the art , contemporary and spacious green field offices in Jebel Ali. The new corporate offices, 5,000 sq. mt.s, wanted to emphasise its historical grand image to the entrance area. Hence, the entrance is high, striking and majestic in look and feel.The offices are ,on the other hand, are functional and simple. The cafeteria is planned to be hard-wearing and has been designed with long-lasting materials that will bear the weight of a sizeable factory staff.
